On August 27, 2026, the Research Center for Problems of Privatization and Management of State Assets held a regular scientific seminar in accordance with the Center’s 2026 work plan and within the framework of the Scientific Laboratory for Analysis and Modeling of the Development of Property and Market Relations.

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 25, 2026, on the establishment of the “35 Years of Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan” commemorative badge, a number of Center employees were ceremonially awarded the “35 Years of Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan” commemorative badge by the management of the Agency for Management of State Assets of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

On August 21, 2026, an open discussion of the new Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Real Estate Activities” No. ZRU-1163 was held in Tashkent at the initiative of the UzLiDeP party and the Chamber of Realtors of Uzbekistan.

In accordance with the letter dated August 11, 2026, No. 02-1565, from the Head of the Working Group for Bukhara Region, First Deputy Chairman of the Accounts Chamber of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Deputy Director of the Center Z.A. Ashurov participated from August 19 to 22, 2026, in the work of the republican working group established to study the reserves, resources and development opportunities of the economy of Bukhara Region, identify systemic problems, and develop specific innovative ideas, proposals and recommendations.

According to the Research Plan of the Research Center for Problems of Privatization and State Asset Management, a regular meeting of the Scientific Laboratory for the Analysis and Modeling of the Development of Property and Market Relations was held on July 30, 2026.

Graduation Ceremony for Graduates of the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics

On July 20, the Tashkent Branch of the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics held a ceremonial graduation event for graduates of its bachelor's and master's degree programs.

By the Order of the Agency for State Assets Management of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Methodology for Evaluating the Effectiveness of Benefits and Preferences Granted to Business Entities in Relation to State-Owned Real Estate, developed by the Research Center for Problems of Privatization and State Assets Management, has been approved.

The report on the main results of activities for the first half of 2026, published by the Research Center for Privatization and State Asset Management under the Agency for Management of State Assets of the Republic of Uzbekistan, reflects the outcomes of the Center’s scientific, expert-analytical and educational activities.

Since the beginning of its activities, the Research Center for Privatization and State Asset Management has established close cooperation with professional public associations of the Republic, in particular with the Association of Insolvency Administrators of Uzbekistan.
