ОБЪЯВЛЕНИЕ о приеме в институт послевузовского образования
Центр исследования проблем приватизации и управления государственными активами при Агентстве по управлению государственными активами Республики Узбекистан объявляет о приеме (на 3 года) в институт послевузовского образования в форме самостоятельного сосикательства (PhD и DSc) по специальностям экономических наук (08.00.07 - «Финансы, денежное обращение и кредит» и 08.00.13 - «Менеджмент»).
Претендентам на самостоятельное соискательство необходимо зарегистрироваться через Единую электронную систему координации послевузовского образования (http://daraja.ilmiy.uz), подготовить все необходимые документы в формате PDF и предоставить их в установленном порядке в Центр исследования проблем приватизации и управления государственными активами при Агентстве по управлению государственными активами Республики Узбекистан с 15 октября по 15 ноября 2026 года.
Претенденты на обучение в самостоятельное соискательство (PhD) предоставляют следующие документы:
1) заявление
2) краткая справка-объективка (на узбекском языке, по форме 3.5)
3) копия диплома магистра или диплома о высшем образовании (по программам специальности)
4) копия трудовой книжки, заверенная в установленном порядке (для работающих претендентов)
5) список опубликованных научных работ (по форме 3.4, подписанный и заверенный печатью), а также их копии (не менее 1 научной статьи, опубликованной в научных журналах, и не менее 2 тезисов, включенных в сборники научных трудов научно-практических конференций, семинаров)
6) характеристика с места работы (подписанная и заверенная печатью)
7) копия паспорта (ID карты)
8) письмо-согласие от научного руководителя (подписанное и заверенное печатью)
Претенденты на обучение в самостоятельное соискательство (DSc) предоставляют следующие документы:
1) заявление
2) краткая справка-объективка (на узбекском языке, по форме 3.5)
3) копия диплома магистра или диплома о высшем
образовании (по программам специальности)
4) копия диплома кандидата наук, либо доктора философии (PhD) или других приравненных к нему ученых степеней, полученных за рубежом
5) копия трудовой книжки, заверенная в установленном порядке (для работающих претендентов)
6) список опубликованных научных работ (по форме 3.4, подписанный и заверенный печатью), а также их копии (не менее 3 научных статей, опубликованных в научных журналах и не менее 2 тезисов, включенных в сборники научных трудов научно-практических конференций, семинаров)
7) характеристика с места работы (подписанная и заверенная печатью)
8) развернутый проект плана диссертации на соискание ученой степени доктора наук (DSc)
9) копия паспорта (ID карты)
10) письмо-согласие от научного консультанта, если имеется (подписанное и заверенное печатью)
Собеседование по специальности с претендентами на обучение в самостоятельное соискательство, будет проводиться в период с 16 по 27 ноября 2026 года.

Announcement on the Republican Scientific-Practical Conference
On November 20, 2025, the State Assets Management Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Center for Research of Problems in Privatization and State Assets Management will hold a republican scientific-practical conference with the participation of representatives of the industrial sector on the topic: “Industry and Science: Institutional Cooperation to Stimulate Innovation, Technology Transfer and Sustainable Economic Growth”. The event is held within the framework of the World Bank project “Strategic and Institutional Modernization of the UzSAMA Research Center towards Enhancing Capabilities and Improving Performance of Research Activity (SAMARA)”.
Venue: Assembly hall of the State Assets Management Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan
Conference start time: 10:00 Tashkent time.
Conference languages: Uzbek and Russian
Forms of participation: in-person, correspondence and online
Purpose of the conference: to create an effective platform for exchanging experience and establishing institutional cooperation between scientific organizations, industrial enterprises and government bodies in order to stimulate innovation activity, accelerate technology transfer and ensure sustainable economic growth.
Scientific directions of the conference:
1. Innovative mechanisms of transformation, technological renewal and modernization of industrial enterprises.
2. Scientific foundations for attracting investments into the industrial sector through privatization processes and effective management of state assets.
3. Digitalization as a key factor in the integration of science, institutional reforms and industrial development.
4. The role of science in forming models and implementing the principles of sustainable development (CSR, ESG, SDG, PRI) to improve the efficiency of industrial enterprises.
To participate in the conference, it is necessary to submit a thesis on one of the scientific directions of the conference, together with an application in the attached form within the thesis file, in Uzbek or Russian, by November 20, 2025. Participation in the conference is free of charge, and no organizational fee is required.
Scientists-economists, university teachers, doctoral students, independent researchers and students, researchers of scientific research institutions, as well as managers and specialists of government bodies and industrial enterprises may participate in the conference. Participants wishing to attend the conference online will be sent a connection link in advance.
Following the republican scientific-practical conference, a collection of conference materials will be published. Theses that receive positive recommendations from experts will be included in the collection. The electronic collection of conference materials in PDF format will be posted on the Center’s website (https://research-center.uz), and the link will be sent to the authors after the conference. Each accepted thesis will also be posted on the platform https://ilmyanjumanlar.uz and indexed in the international search system Google Scholar.
Requirements for formatting conference articles/theses:
• the thesis must be submitted without spelling errors, on relevant topics related to the scientific directions of the conference, based on scientific analysis and completed conclusions, including scientific-practical recommendations;
• the thesis text must not exceed 3 pages;
• text editor — MS Word;
• page format — A4, portrait orientation, margins — 20 mm on each side;
• font — Times New Roman, size 14 pt;
• paragraph indent — 1.0 cm, line spacing — single, alignment — justified;
• the thesis must be formatted according to the sample provided at the end of this information letter;
• tables and charts must be in MS Excel format; images and diagrams in MS Word format; formulas in MS Equation;
• sources and explanations for all tables, charts, figures and diagrams must be provided below them; data in tables may be presented in 12 pt font;
• the list of references must be provided at the end of the thesis. References to sources and used literature must be included in the main text of the thesis in square brackets, for example [1], and arranged in the order of mention in the text. The bibliography must be formatted in accordance with GOST 7.0.100-2018;
• the thesis file name must indicate the number of the relevant scientific direction of the conference and the author’s surname in Latin letters, for example: 1-Saidov.doc. The application form must be included inside this file.
The thesis text must be edited and strictly comply with the technical formatting requirements. Theses that do not meet the requirements or are submitted late will not be accepted. The author is responsible for the content of the thesis, as well as for the reliability and accuracy of examples, quotations and information used in the text. Only one individual thesis is accepted from one author; other theses, not more than two, may be submitted in co-authorship.

The Research Center of the State Committee for Competition provides services on a contractual basis to joint-stock companies, limited liability companies, including those with state shares in their charter capital, and private enterprises in the following areas:

in 2015, for the Republican Stock Exchange “Toshkent” — draft “Rules of exchange trading in securities on the Republican Stock Exchange ‘Toshkent’” in a new edition and regulations on exchange commissions; for the Republican Universal Agro-Industrial Exchange — draft “Rules of trading on the Republican Universal Agro-Industrial Exchange” in a new edition and other internal documents of the exchange;
in 2014, for Uzavtosanoat JSC — Methodological recommendations on financial and economic expertise of investment projects, as well as Methodological recommendations on improving the system of financial and economic analysis of enterprises of Uzavtosanoat JSC;
