On 15 May 2026, the Agency for State Assets Management issued another Certificate No. 03/10-2-20/2282 confirming the practical implementation of the results of scientific research, methodological developments, and expert-analytical activities carried out by the staff of the Center for Research on Privatization and State Asset Management Issues.

The Certificate confirms that the report entitled “Conceptual Directions for State Asset Management in Uzbekistan until 2030,” prepared by the Center, has practical significance and was used in the development of a Government decision providing for the transformation of unitary enterprises into business entities and their subsequent privatization.

The practical implementation of the proposals and recommendations contained in the report “Conceptual Directions for State Asset Management in Uzbekistan until 2030” will contribute to the further advancement of market reforms being carried out in the Republic of Uzbekistan, enhance the efficiency of state asset management, and expand the role and share of the private sector in the national economy.

The report contains an analysis of the current state of the state asset management system, as well as proposals and recommendations up to 2030 on its conceptual development, including issues related to the accounting of state assets and their transfer to trust management and lease.

The implementation of the Research Center’s proposals will provide new momentum to the market reforms being carried out in the Republic of Uzbekistan and will contribute to increasing the share of the private sector in the economy.
