On August 27, 2026, staff members of the Research Center for Problems of Privatization and Management of State Assets participated in an online seminar dedicated to public real estate management.

The seminar presented Germany’s experience in the centralized management of public real estate, including modern approaches to maintaining digital registers, ensuring the effective use of properties, and bringing unused state property into economic circulation.

The participants discussed prospects for further exchange of experience and international cooperation aimed at improving the management of state assets.

The materials and experience of Germany gained during the seminar may be used by the Center in conducting research and developing proposals to improve approaches to state property management in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
