By the Order of the Agency for State Assets Management of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Methodology for Evaluating the Effectiveness of Benefits and Preferences Granted to Business Entities in Relation to State-Owned Real Estate, developed by the Research Center for Problems of Privatization and State Assets Management, has been approved.
The Methodology was prepared pursuant to Resolution No. 784 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 11 December 2025. The document was developed by the Center’s specialists (https://research-center.uz/news/?id=11) as part of the Center’s research and expert-analytical activities aimed at improving the state assets management system.
The Methodology establishes a unified mechanism for assessing the economic, fiscal, and social effectiveness of the benefits and preferences provided, as well as common approaches to determining their monetary value based on financial and tax reporting, state information systems, and the performance indicators of business entities.
The approval of the Methodology provides the regulatory framework for its practical implementation, contributes to greater transparency in the use of state-owned property, and enhances decision-making mechanisms in the field of state assets management.
