Since the beginning of its activities, the Research Center for Privatization and State Asset Management has established close cooperation with professional public associations of the Republic, in particular with the Association of Insolvency Administrators of Uzbekistan.

As a result of the joint efforts of the two organizations, draft documents regulating the activities of the Chamber of Insolvency Administrators of Uzbekistan have been prepared. The Chamber is being established on the basis of the Association of Insolvency Administrators of Uzbekistan in accordance with Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-78 dated 6 May 2026.

Within the framework of this cooperation, the Research Center, jointly with the Association of Insolvency Administrators, has prepared draft documents, including the Charter of the Chamber of Insolvency Administrators of Uzbekistan, the Regulations on Members of the Chamber of Insolvency Administrators of Uzbekistan, the Regulations on the Conference of the Chamber of Insolvency Administrators of Uzbekistan, and the Code of Professional Ethics for Insolvency Administrators.

In preparing these draft documents, international best practices were studied and applied, while modern global trends in the development of the insolvency administration profession were taken into account.

The practical significance of this work is confirmed by certificates on the implementation of research findings obtained by the Research Center in relation to the above-mentioned issues.
